About Sarina

About the instructor:

Sarina Stone is a Certified Abdominal Massage & Medical Chi Kung Instructor, massage therapist and personal coach. She currently has an office in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she spends her time teaching and writing when she is not traveling. She has received the bulk of her education at the Tao Garden training facility www.UniversalTao.com in Chaing Mai, Thailand under the direct supervision of Master Mantak Chia.

She is the editor of the original Chi Nei Tsang 2 book by Mantak Chia and has produced three Taoist meditation CD’s. Miss Stone has been studying the Universal Tao methods of self-transformation since 1990.

Miss Stone has become well known internationally for her unique lighthearted approach to natural health, Medical Chi Kung and a favorite Chi Nei Tsang instructor at massage schools across America.
